Reward Points guide

  • Reward Points earned from each order will be changed to usable Reward Points after 20 Day from the delivery date. For the 20 Day, newly earned Reward Points will remain as pending Reward Points.
  • Pending Reward Points can be temporarily used as Reward Points for refunds or order cancellations, but cannot be used for purchases until they are changed to available Reward Points.
  • AvailableReward Points (Total Reward Points - Used Reward Points - Pending Reward Points) can be immediately used for product purchase.
